It is immeasurable how you create an environment of respect for your clients and their families. One measure of that success is that I consider that she died at home. She was surrounded by those she loved and that showed massive love to her in their professional duties. In fact, they far exceeded just the duty of being carers. The level of care was much greater than I had ever expected. The staff were always so chatty and friendly and always knew how she was and all about her changes.
